With over 30 years of hands-on experience working with dogs, she has rehabilitated some of the most challenging cases most trainers won't touch: severe aggression, deep-rooted fear, trauma-driven behavior, and dogs other professionals had given up on. Her work with horses sharpened an instinct that sets her approach apart — the ability to read an animal's body language, emotional state, and needs almost instantly. That fast, intuitive connection is why she consistently delivers real, lasting results in a fraction of the time typical training takes.

Her experience goes beyond the leash. She has built and delivered national-level certification programs for professionals in Sport and Fitness, taught in college-level education programs, and spoken at industry conferences internationally. She doesn't just train dogs — she trains trainers, shaping the next generation of professionals who will carry this work forward.

Today, she is channeling three decades of expertise into a new mission: helping solve Albania's stray dog crisis through humane, effective, sustainable training methods — while building the first-ever Albanian Dog Trainer Certification program, a pathway that will raise the standard of dog training across the country for years to come.

A founding veterinarian at Vet Hospital Tirana, Dr. Prifti is one of Besnik Canine Academy's founding partners and its lead behavior specialist. He assesses aggressive and otherwise difficult behavior cases jointly with our training team, ensuring medical and behavioral causes are both accounted for before a plan is built.
